The Hudgens Center for the Arts features a beautiful Grand Hall with a raised platform at one end and a stunning tile promenade for indoor events and parties, and the award-winning outdoor Al Weeks Sculpture Garden with lily pond and fountain for beautiful outdoor events. Both provide perfect backdrops for receptions and intimate gatherings.


The Grand Hall and Rowe Promenade offer 2,200 sq ft of space, with the capability of handling a catered meal or reception. The Grand Hall comfortably accomodates 150 for a seated dinner and 250 for a buffet.


The Sculpture Garden offers 28,000 sq ft of enclosed, private outdoor space and features a lily pond with waterfalls and koi, and garden seating. The Garden was recently named an official Wildlife Sanctuary by the Audubon Society, and is a lovely setting for an outdoor wedding* or reception.


Our basic rental fee is $3,300 plus a $500 refundable security deposit, and includes up to 9 hours, including setup and break down time. Additional hours may be added for $250 per hour, and premises must be vacated by 1:00 a.m. (including clean-up).


Special Evening Rates
Events scheduled for Friday and Sunday nights (5:00 p.m. or later) can be booked for $1,000 off our regular rental cost.


Rentals include security guard and on-site Hudgens representative, as well as a fully-equipped catering kitchen and a bridal dressing room. Complete kitchen facilities are available, along with a list of preferred caterers. A selection of round and rectangular tables are also available for use, along with padded or black vinyl chairs.
