Fantastic Field Trips!

Finding inspiration is easy when you know where to look. Just schedule a field trip for you and your group to Hudgens Center for Art & Learning! Activities include a self-guided tour of our current exhibits, an exciting scavenger hunt, and a visit to the Children’s Art Zone to make hands-on projects.

Why not stay for lunch? Our AI Weeks Sculpture Garden is the perfect place to enjoy nature and a picnic together if weather permits. Lunch is not provided, so be sure to bring your own.

Please note:

  • We can accommodate only one field trip per day for groups of 30 or fewer.
  • Time slots for summer field trips are scheduled for 10 a.m. & 1p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays. During the rest of the school year, visits can be arranged by request.
  • Appointments must be scheduled and confirmed by our staff before the day of the field trip so we can be sure to have plenty of art supplies and scavenger hunt materials ready for your group to enjoy.
  • Each group should provide an appropriate number of chaperones and pay our field trip fee of $5 per person (adults & children.) Children two years old and under are free.

Please call 770-623-6002 to arrange your visit, or go to our Contact Us page with additional questions.

Adult groups may request a guided tour by special arrangement for an additional fee. Please contact Angela Nichols at 770-623-6002 x203 for more information about guided tours.
